Ben graduated from Auckland Law
School with degrees in Science and Law.
Prior to joining Haigh Lyon Ben was involved in a wide range of litigation
spending the first two years working in private practice before working as an
in house legal advisor for Local Government and a Prosecutor for the New Zealand
Police.
While working fulltime Ben continued his studies and in 2007 graduated with
a Masters of Law with Honours, specialising in civil remedies.
Ben’s practice areas in Haigh Lyon are Criminal, Civil and Employment and
his focus is on achieving results for clients in a pragmatic and cost effective
manner.
Ben balances his work with yacht racing and spending time outdoors.
