Wills

It is important to leave your assets to those whom you wish to benefit. For this reason all persons over 18 should have a professionally prepared will.

Without a will you are deemed to have died intestate and your assets are distributed in accordance with the Administration Act. This means that your assets may go to people you do not want as beneficiaries. It is also more time consuming and costly to administer an intestate estate.
